BEC AND ALI

Hotel Campanile Porte D’Italie is where Bec and Ali will be staying tonight...please dont make me type it again. It tool me forever to check the spelling. [cut and paste only works of you arent cutting and pasting everything else, like pics and stuff]

It looks really impressive! So today is the first day of a Contiki Tour from London to Paris. Although the name of the hotel looks like it is in Italy...thats for next week though. Here's a few words about what they are doing on the Contiki Tour at the moment...

Head for the white cliffs of dover and the channel crossing to france. Drive past the WW1 battlefeilds to the spendour of paris. An evening tour of the city of lights and a first glimpse of the Eiffel tower. [ali wrote this but i suspect its off a brochure or the net somewhere...

In other news...I have been told to tell people how well ali and bec are doing at pickin up German Men! Well they are doing very well...the other day they found someone to buy them 9 shots of something with 35% alcohol in it...oh i got them to send me a picture of these german men...I had a good day today...watched Empire Records...surprisingly B liked it. Who would have known...the annoying in movies questions were limited as well :P
Went to Parramatta to have Ice-Cream...promise we will give blood one day too..except i will drive for that. You arent supposed to give blood and drive straight away...did anyone else know that?

Um...it was a GREAT day...although getting it down doesnt make it seem like alot was acomplished...it was good trust me.

Oh and a final note, with a bit of help i learned how to put stuff on my DS...i now just need to learn how to trim the files and i'm all set...its GREAT!!

DAY 12

Today, Bec and ali are staying in the Royal National Hotel in London. I'm pretty sure this is because they will be starting a tour tomorrow from here and it would have been to risky to arrive the day of the tour. In case the flights are late or something...that might be an issue.It looks like a nice place...but then a gain those hostels were looking pretty nice as well...have i mentioned before that i would gladly switch places with either ali or bec if given a chance :P It looks like a lot of fun...

Today was the APEC public holiday...So in true long weekend style someone had planned something particularly fun...the week end started off on thursday night with Matty's 21st+1 which was really really quite fun...i would have liked to stay longer but i also needed to buy food for friday day...so did Addy and because she drove thats the way the cookie crumbled!And as i've been telling every one...Charlie was really nice. In a very cute 'crushing on you' kind of way.

Today was meant to be the beach, but it was raining which meant 1) that Addy couldn't bike it there and 2) that once we got there it would be very miserable. So instead we took all out beach food and supplies to Benny's place where we woke him up to spend the day playing Wii and DS. and eating all the food we brought for the beach..It was fun:D.

I do wonder though, Megs brought cabanossi..but needed to borrow a knife and a board to chop it with...how did youplan on cutting it without the knife and a board at the beach? Oh, and look...these are cut on an angle too:PI was a bit dissapointed that amy and pete couldnt make it today because it really was quite fun...but just for the purposes of embarrassing her I'll tell you where she was and find an even more embarrasing pic :P. Pete and amy went to the Blue mountains for a romantic day together :P Where pete can play with amy's seat all he wants...by seat I mean car seat!! Get your minds out of the gutter people :P

DAY 11

Same place, same address, nothing planned, more old things :P...however,

I've also done some research into this very serious matter and i have an allegation to make!!!! Despite me and Tim (thats right me first then Tim!) being very excited about the Gobtrotter Inn Hostel, I would now like to accuse one Miss Alison Elizabeth Kapp of SPELLING ERRORS!!! *crowd gasps*

Yes thats right people, the Gobtrotter Inn Hostel that Alison speaks of...DOES NOT EXIST!! *more gasps*!! It is in fact called the Globetrotter Inn Hostel!!! And this is what it actually looks like!

Ok, people calm down every one quiet :P I'm sure it was an innocent mistake...although i'm sure ali has some explaining to do :POk, um and in news of me...i procrastinated with B today...i should have done assignments but decided that a day with B would be so much funner! :D

Oh, and once again i forgot to refill my prescription...ooops i think i have 3 days worth left. They run out on sunday...will HAVE to remember to get some when i go out on Saturday. :D
Oh, and a moment of silence for a musical genius...Luciano Pavarotti who died today aged 71. He lost a hard and long battle with pancreatic cancer for which there is sadly no cure, only pain relief medication as it was found only after it had spread to his surrounding organs.

DAY 10

Ok so today Ali and bec are staying in the same place, the Gobtrotter Inn Hostel in Edinborough Scotland.

I'm guessing because they didn't have any activities planned today, that they walked around getting lost and looking at old stuff that has been made to look pretty by sticking it near a garden and older than it is so people take more pictures and bring more people back by telling them about how old and pretty it is. :DAnd back to the less interesting topic of me...uni is uni. Got 18/30 for the presentation i was miffed about. Now even more miffed!!Work was ok tonight, i really didn't want to go except that i'm scared that if i start to change shifts or anything a certain management will think i'm just being difficult and fire me...again.B is still the best thing that ever happened to me...
I didnt eat my usual Wednesday Work Weight Watchers dessert tonight so i guess that means that theres no dessert happening for the three of us. I demand a dessert! 'gacon!!!!' *clicks fingers*

hmmmm! SAYERS ~PIE!! :D

WAIT!! no pie!! i dont need the sugar/fatty/strawberries hmmm strawberries...well one slice wont hurt :P

DAY 9

Ali and bec are staying in the Edinburgh Gobtrotter Inn Hostel, in Scotland...heres a pictureI'm sick of uni. Got an extension for something that was due next week which means i only have 2 things due then instead of 3. Its good news. Everything else is good....tired...tired...tired

DAY 8

To day in the world of ALI and BEC they are flying for 55 mins (as long as there are no delays or evacuations) to Manchester. They will be staying in St Helen's and they will arrive just before midday. I'm assuming that due to a lack of planning for the rest of the day they will be walking around and finding their own way to and form places. Which means more randoms and more lost..ness. So to help them out...i inluded a map of Manchester...

And for visual, I googled the place where they are staying...Aubrey's and apparently it looks REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!

They are int he home of Man U...I think this is the team Ali goes for...maybe...I'm not sure...but here's a picture anyways...

Um, in other news...well its not really news just enough about ali and bec and more about ME :D...i really should go out to buy a frame today but I'm too lazy...I also need to pick up a prescriptio...but am too lazy. I have 4 days...i wanted to get a photo shrunk to wallet size but meh...wayyy too lazy today. So i think i might go out tomorrow before uni.

Hmmmm, my compulsory lecture (they take the role) got cancelled today...and my other lecture is not compulsory and only an hour long....although i hate skipping class i might do that today. 2 hours of travel for a 1 hour non-compulsory lecture isn't really worth it...is it? The notes are online anyways.

DAY 7

On the way back to Dublin today, the Western Rocker Adventure continues. They are touring Killarney today, which is still in Dublin, but because they are with a tour group, there's less of a chance that they will get lost. They will stay another night in the Kinley House Hostel, as its a 3 day tour and finishes today. Before heading into manchester tomorrow. This holiday is sounding like just what i need right now.

In other news, Amy and I have decided to brave it out and try to get into the city eat ice cream and hopefully get back by ourselves with out the navigational skills of Ali and Bec. We don't know exactly what we got ourselved into but we are determined to try.

I have a jackhammer in my skull at the moment, its been there a few days now and it refuses to remove itself. I asked politelty but it still won't go. 4 panamaxes later [they taste crap by the way...don't use homebrand panadol!] i think i might call the cops on it!! Lets see if it moves then!!! Muahahaha!!!
